Who it's for
"Most clients start here. If the audit shows there's no real lever to pull, I'll tell you, and you won't need to buy anything else."
– SaaS and service companies with traffic and sales, where growth has flattened or become random
– Founders who suspect the problem is marketing, but aren't sure it isn't sales, onboarding or pricing
– New heads of marketing who need an outside read in their first month
What I look at
  • The whole funnel: first touch, lead, MQL, SQL, deal, activation, retention
  • Analytics and events: what you track, what's broken, what's missing
  • CRM: stages, handoff between marketing and sales, follow-up speed, lost reasons
  • Channels and CAC by source
  • Offer, landing pages and forms
  • How the sales team qualifies and works leads (I'll listen to a few calls if you let me)

FAQ
  • Do I need clean analytics first?
No. Broken tracking is one of the most common findings, and the report tells you which events to fix first.
  • What if the problem isn't marketing?
Then the report says so. Quite often the bottleneck sits in sales handoff, onboarding or the offer.
